I was walking along the river trail and was struck by the beauty of these wild iris. Their pop of color in a wash of weeds and grass reminded me that God provided all they needed to thrive. But even more is how they beautifully stand out in the crowd. We too, clothed in the peace that faith provides, can stand out as a pop of color in a sea of anxiety ridden faces. When people ask us, what is so different about you, we can answer confidently about our faith in Our Lord Jesus who will and does provide for us.
