The Word of God, The Bible, is often referred to as the Good News. Maybe we should call it the BEST News, just because of this verse. So many people associate God just with judgement. As if He is some grumpy old grandfather figure looking down His nose at us with a condescending, “You’ll never amount to anything” look. Truly, God doesn’t condemn us. He loves us with a love that is so great that the magnitude is uncomprehensible, because He sacrificed His One and Only Perfect sin-free Son to save us from our sins. This extravagant love is the BEST NEWS EVER! So, spread the news!!
