1 Peter 1:24-25 NIV
All people are like grass,
and all their glory is like the flowers of the field;
the grass withers and the flowers fall,
but the word of the Lord endures forever.
I love my wildflower garden. The pops of color are a welcome sight to my eyes in the otherwise muted desert. But unfortuately, the flowers cannot last year round, and each spring I wait and wonder if they will return for another year. Our great Heavenly Father never leaves us in such wonder. We can rest assured that He is with us yesterday, today, and tomorrow, because His Word endures forever.
