Jonah 4:4 GNT
The Lord answered, “What right do you have to be angry?”
Lately it seems pretty easy to get angry. Oh, if people would just think clearly like me, right? Jonah was sent to deliver the Good News to some folks that he really didn’t like. Jonah didn’t want them to be loved by God, because they were acting and thinking in a way he didn’t like. But was that his choice to make? God the Creator asks Jonah, “What right do you have to be angry?” There are days that God could ask me that same question. So I remind myself of the old saying, “Love them all, and let God sort them out!”
